CONSTRUCTION
Incoloy-800/Stainless steel-321 sheathed tubular elements with /without finns.
U/M shape elements are mounted on a detachable terminal plate using galvanized retainers.
A mounting flange permits attachment to the ductwork. Individual Elements are easily replaced or interchanged. Where the application calls for a higher operating temperature, the case is constructed from heat resisting steels. A thermal cutout fitted for protection against over heating. Thermostat control, contractor and fan interlock device Available as optional extras.
Moiture/explosion resistant covers (flame proof) and elements are also available.
Heating Element shall be open coil 80% nickle 20% chrome type Resistance wire coils shall be machine crimped in to stainless steel Terminals are supported by ceramic bushings staked in to supporting brackets
INSTALLATION
Heaters are designed for easy installation in forced clean air ducts with the correct direction of airflow.
Elements are installed at staggered position for maximum Life.
Wiring should be made with heat resisting wires.
The unit screw or bolt should be placed through the flange on the heaters.
